Friendly staff, no long wait times, fast responses to calls, never had to anxiously wait long for an appointment or results. Dr. Paul and Dr. Micheal are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time needed for you to understand your care and treatment plan. I would and have recommended many family and friends to see them.

Amazing staff and doctors. Overall satisfaction when it comes to their professionalism and making sure that patients are well taken cared of. Service is impeccable and I highly recommend it. Since I've been referred by a friend of mine I honestly can say that I vanquished my fear of doctors/medical facility as everyone is dedicated, friendly and makes sure that you are at ease and comfortable. Dr Paul and Dr Mickael are beyond fantastic and make sure they go above and beyond. Won't trade them for anything and if/even I relocate somewhere else they will remain my to go doctors no matter what :).

Both doctor’s at this office have wonderful demeanor and a wealth of medical knowledge. Dr. Igbide is a great doctor who is very understanding and listens to your complaints/concerns. He takes the time to explain disease process and answer questions. I especially loved the fact that I am involved in my treatment decisions. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. This is an office that you can build a terrific rapport with. I left very impressed with the overall experience I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a professional/wonderful experience.

Best doctors I’ve ever had!!!!!! Dr. Paul, Dr. Michael & the whole staff are wonderful & super caring. Both doctors are so compassionate & try their best to resolve your health concerns. Dr. Paul was referred to us by a family friend a few months ago. He is by far one of the most genuine and compassionate healthcare providers that we have ever encountered. My husband and I truly appreciated the care and professionalism received since our very first visit with him. He took the time to listen to our concerns without rushing us. It felt like we were speaking to a trusted friend. Dr. Paul , many thanks to you and your staff for making our visits a pleasant experience. 😀

West Hempstead medical is a very professional place. The staff is amazing and kind. They show so much concern for their patients. The office is always so clean. Dr. Paul Igbide is outstanding he is not like those doctors that treat you like your ignorant. He takes the time to talk with you and explain things fully. He treats you with respect and kindness. My 2 daughters and son and other family members come here as well. He worked so hard during the height of the pandemic. He took such good care of my sister and thankfully she is well. I thank him so much for that. He has been my angel. He has a big ❤. I totally recommend him.

Dr Paul and Dr Micheal has been my family's primary care for the past decade. We couldn't ask for anyone better and they are a packaged deal. The staff there are friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable. They are amazing and I honestly owe them my life on more than one occasion. Not only are they up to date but they also help with assistance on pharmaceutical coverages. The network they have is amazing and a specialist is always available. They are THE BEST DOCTORS in the country.

Dr. Paul has been my primary doctor for the last 4 years. Dr. Paul and his staff are excellent. They always go above and beyond for their patients. Dr. Paul is open-minded, empathetic and highly knowledgeable. Friendly staff, returns calls promptly and there are no long wait times. I highly recommend this practice.

I highly recommend West Hempstead Medical, to my family and friends. Dr. Paul and Dr. Michael are just the best. I work in the field, however I choose to see both doctors out of my settings. They are always welcoming and getting an appointment is hassle free, whenever I am in the office both doctors makes me feel very comfortable, the are attentive to my visits and makes it very easy for me to understand them, they are never in a rush, always answers all of my questions and concerns. I have been with Dr. Paul and Dr. Michael for the past five years and extremely please with the services they provide at West Hempstead Medical. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The office is clean and adhere to medical guidelines. I am grateful to have found Dr. Paul and Dr. Michael. So is my entire family. you should too.

They provide excellent medical service! Dr. Paul has been my doctor for 2 years now, and he has been the best. He’s extremely empathetic and open-minded. Additionally, Dr. Paul does not look at his patients as numbers to look at and get over with, he diligently takes time and cares for his patients. Furthermore, he was always a phone call or text away when I needed help regardless of the time. The first time that I met Dr. Michael, he showed care and respect, so I also recommend him. Also, the nurses and medical assistance are extremely kind and respectful. They are understanding as well.
